Information technology services provider All Covered, a subsidiary of Ramsey-based Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA Inc., announced Tuesday it has acquired the managed IT services practice of Compuquip Technologies, in Miami, to expand its offerings for the region’s growing Latino business community.

Gases and engineering firm Linde North America, in the Murray Hill section of New Providence, will today begin construction on a new air separation plant in Lewisville, Ark., to meet growing demand for liquid nitrogen and oxygen in Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas. The company is a subsidiary of The Linde Group.
