Medical records partnership, multifamily mortgage, office lease.


The New Jersey Health Information Technology Extension Center, in Newark, today announced it has formed a partnership with electronic medical record system provider Practice Fusion, in San Francisco, to help New Jersey doctors qualify for federal incentives designed to promote the use of digital records.


Commercial real estate finance firm Meridian Capital Group LLC announced Wednesday its office in the Iselin section of Woodbridge negotiated a 15-year, $2.7 million mortgage on two multifamily properties in Teaneck and Fort Lee.

Commercial real estate services firm Zimmel Associates, in Edison, announced Wednesday it has brokered a 10-year, $2 million lease for 11,000 square feet of space in a 39,000-square-foot office building in Clark for law firm Tobin, Reitman, Greenstein, Caruso, Wiener, Konray & Kessler PC.
