The Elmwood Park branch of commercial real estate investment firm Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Inc. announced Friday it has sold a 45-unit multifamily property in Hackensack for $4.87 million.

Imaging accessories manufacturer Manfrotto Distribution Inc. announced Friday it has formed a partnership with Camera Repair Instrument Service, in Chandler, Ariz., to close its repair facility in Ramsey and provide repair service through its plant beginning Aug. 6.
