Biopharmaceutical developer Insmed Inc., in the Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick Township, announced Monday it has entered into a loan agreement of up to $20 million with customized debt financing firm Hercules Technology Growth Capital Inc., in Palo Alto, Calif., to fund its lung disease therapeutics research.

Retail real estate firm Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust announced Monday that The North Face will open its first New Jersey retail store in a 6,500-square-foot space in the Cherry Hill Mall in the fall.
