Online trading services provider Gain Capital Holdings Inc., in Bedminster, announced Thursday it has signed an agreement to acquire online futures and equities broker Open E Cry LLC, in Powell, Ohio, from OptionsXpress Holdings Inc., a subsidiary of The Charles Schwab Corp. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Manufacturer AmeriPod, in South Plainfield, announced Wednesday it has formed a partnership with construction management firm Moss & Associates Inc., in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., to provide bathroom units for Florida International University's new student housing.
