Packaging solutions provider Sealed Air Corp., in Elmwood Park, announced Wednesday that it has completed its agreement with materials science manufacturer Ecovative Design LLC, in Green Island, N.Y., to accelerate the production, sales and distribution of their new technology for environmentally responsible packaging materials.

Data transport services provider Hudson Fiber Network, in Paramus, announced Tuesday it has formed a partnership with fiber-optic network supplier Cross River Fiber LLC, in the Iselin section of Woodbridge, to provide connectivity to three remote financial locations in Secaucus, Newark and Carteret, beginning in 2013.
