Digital printing provider GlobalSoft Digital Solutions, in Mahwah, announced Thursday it has formed a new marketing services and logistics division, GlobalSoft Innovations, to increase its services in customer-centric marketing and cross-media integration.  

Commercial real estate firm Meridian Capital Group LLC announced Wednesday it has negotiated a $12.5 million mortgage for a 44,000-square-foot office and retail property in Hoboken.

The Moorestown office of technical services provider Wily announced Wednesday it has been awarded a $1.5 million contract to perform engineering research, development and analysis to support the U.S. Coast Guard's integrated combat system.
