Englewood Cliffs-based Nexxus Salon Hair Care, a division of Unilever, announced Wednesday it has signed an agreement to partner with the Tony Awards.

Toy manufacturer Sakar International Inc., in Edison, announced Tuesday it has signed a licensing agreement with Kidz Bop LLC to develop, market and manufacture a new line of audio and video youth electronics.

Somerville-based electronics manufacturer Iniven, a division of Conolog Corp., announced Wednesday it has signed a sales contract with electricity generator Southern Co. to manufacture, deploy and support its multifunction fiber-optic communication network.
