Real estate development and management firm Vision Equities LLC, in Mountain Lakes, announced Tuesday it has purchased a 997,000-square-foot class A office park in Charlotte, N.C., for $103.2 million with its partner, the investment unit of Cargill Inc.

Commercial real estate firm Weiss Realty, in Moonachie, announced Tuesday it has arranged the sale a 5,300-square-foot medical office building in West New York for $1.4 million on behalf of the property's landlord, HML Realty Corp., in Phoenix.

Montclair State University announced Tuesday it has formed a partnership with New York Public Radio to provide broadcast studio space and production facilities and expand NYPR's service to New Jersey.
