Commercial real estate investment firm Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Inc., in Elmwood Park, announced Friday it sold a 54,866-square-foot property, which includes 12,528 square feet of retail space, in Woodbridge, for $912,500.

Matheson Tri-Gas Inc., in the Basking Ridge section of Bernards, announced Friday it has acquired the assets and business of US Airweld Inc., in Phoenix, to expand its gas operations to Arizona and New Mexico.
