PHH Mortgage Corp., a subsidiary of PHH Corp., in Mount Laurel, announced Monday it has entered into a strategic agreement to provide mortgage processing and loan servicing to HSBC Bank USA N.A., in New York, by the first quarter of 2013.

Outsourced billing services provider Billtrust, in Hamilton, today announced that it has formed a partnership with Web-based invoicing company OB10, in Atlanta, to allow commercial billers to deliver their invoices to the OB10 network.
