The Judith G. Wharton Music Center, in Berkeley Heights, announced Friday it will acquire all assets of New Jersey Youth Symphony Inc., in New Providence, to form a combined subsidiary for administrative cost savings and increased visibility in the state.

Miami International Securities Exchange LLC, in Princeton, announced Friday it has expanded its office by approximately 12,700 square feet to house its new technology development center, and extended its lease term until at least 2020.
