Novo Nordisk's new headquarters

Kurt M. Eichler, executive vice president of LCOR, walked me through the massive 770,000 square-foot Plainsboro property, which was the former Merrill Lynch and BlackRock office.

The building, which is undergoing gut rehabilitation, will be the new North American headquarters for Novo Nordisk. LCOR is co-developing the project with partners Ivy Equities and Intercontinental Real Estate Corp.
