Automobile dealership Prestige Land Rover Inc., in Paramus, announced Monday it acquired Bergen Jaguar to form Prestige Jaguar Land Rover, and will open a 68,000-square-foot facility to offer both Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles.

Commercial real estate brokerage firm CB Richard Ellis announced Monday it is marketing 70,000-square-foot, 75 percent leased office space at the Governor Morris Office Center in Morristown on behalf of the owners, P11 Management LLC.

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, in Elmwood Park, announced Monday the sale of a 13,500-square-foot, net-leased commercial property in Plainsboro for $3.4 million.
