Pharma contracts, refinancing agreement, $140 million production plant.

Metropolitan Computing Corp., a subsidiary of Unity Management Group Inc., in East Hanover, announced it has gained contracts with Purdue, Forest Labs, Novartis and Bristol-Myers Squibb worth a combined $200,000. The contracts include upgrades on software systems and instrumentation for the companies' tablet presses.

Prestige Hospitality Group, in Albany, N.Y., announced today it has been awarded the operations and management contract for a Radisson hotel in Carteret.
UMH Properties Inc., in Freehold, announced today it signed an $11.4 million mortgage loan with Bank of America to refinance two manufactured home communities in Tennessee and Ohio.
Rockwood Holdings Inc., in Princeton, announced today an investment of $140 million to build a 20,000-metric-ton lithium carbonate production plant in Chile. The investment was made alongside the company's $75 million lithium carbonate expansion program in the United States.
