G.S. Wilcox & Co. announced Thursday it has arranged $6 million in financing for Watchung Commons, a retail building of 32,696 square feet. The borrower will use the 10-year loan to recoup construction costs of upgrading the property and adding Party City as its largest tenant.
Armada Health Care LLC, in Florham Park, and
Definitive Homecare Solutions announced Thursday a joint development and marketing agreement that will integrate Armada's service offerings within Definitive Homecare's specialty pharmacy software.
Central
Troy Container Line Ltd., in Red Bank, announced Thursday the launch of its new direct consolidation service to Liverpool and Manchester, England. The new line service will begin Feb. 11 with a sailing from New York.
Princeton-based
Snap MyLife Inc. completed a deal Friday with
Author Solutions Inc. to acquire the assets of
Inkubook, an online personal photo book publishing service. Snap MyLife will retain a majority of the current Inkubook team based in Indianapolis, with plans to further expand the location as a core R&D center for its consumer cloud-service applications. Inkubook will continue to operate as a standalone service, and will be integrated into Snap MyLife services by the third quarter.
