Unigene Laboratories Inc. announced Wednesday it had been granted a patent, issued Dec. 13, for peptides and pharmaceutical compositions containing such peptides for the suppression of appetite and treating obesity.
Vornado Realty Trust, in Paramus, announced Tuesday that it has completed a $300 million refinancing of 350 Park Ave., a 558,000-square-foot Manhattan office building. The five-year loan bears interest at 3.75 percent. The proceeds of the new loan and $132 million of existing cash were used to repay the existing loan and closing costs.
The Metropolitan Furnishings Association, in Somerville, announced Tuesday it has selected
TD Retail Card Services' Renovate Card private-label credit program for use by the organization's 75 retail members in New Jersey. Under the agreement, the Mahwah-based business unit of
