Cross River Bank announced Monday it was making up to $3 million available for local businesses throughout Teaneck to assist businesses in improving signage and facades. Loans of $5,000 to $25,000, payable over three to five years, can be used by businesses to make improvements such as exterior painting, new windows or tree planting.

Amgen and
Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc., in Parsippany, announced Monday a collaboration to develop and commercialize several oncology medicines. Amgen will assume primary responsibility for developing, manufacturing and commercializing the products, while Watson will contribute up to $400 million in co-development costs over the course of development, and initially receive royalties and sales milestones from product revenues.

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. announced Monday it has been awarded a contract from Morris Township-based
Honeywell International Inc. to provide engineering services for the expansion of its Baton Rouge, La., manufacturing facility. Jacobs is executing the work from its offices in Mount Laurel.
