Quidsi Inc., in Montclair, said Wednesday it raised $30 million in financing in a series E round led by New Enterprises Associates Inc., in Menlo Park, Calif. Quidsi is the parent of e-tailer Diapers.com, a seller of diapers, strollers, car seats and other products for babies. The company said it will use the proceeds to support Diapers.com.

In conjunction with the funding, NEA Partner Tony Florence joined Quidsi’s board of directors. Other participants in the funding round include Bessemer Venture Partners, Accel Partners and MentorTech Ventures.
