Morristown franchisor opens four restaurants at The Rock

Villa Enterprises Management, in Morristown, said Thursday it opened four new restaurants at the Prudential Center sports arena, in Newark. The restaurants are operated by franchisee Centerplate in Stamford, Conn.

The company opened the Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen quick-service Italian restaurants this month at the venue. In total, the four restaurants encompass 2,500 square feet at the arena. The restaurants also distribute pizza in the arena restaurant and in the club lounges during events. Villa also operates such quick-serve brands as South Philly Steak & Fries, Green Leaf’s and Bananas.
