vessel movements, vessel ownership, as well as incidents of piracy, detention and casualties.

Orbcomm separately reported its 2009 earnings with a net loss of $3.4 million on revenue of $27.6 million for the year ended December 31 compared with a net loss of $4.5 million on revenue of $27.3 million in 2008. The company attributed its revenue growth in part to an increase in billable subscriber communicators, a type of component used in satellite data communications.
