The NJSBDC & NJ-TMA will conduct a seminar on "Demystifying the Restructuring and Bankruptcy Process with Q&A". Attendees will acquire a clear understanding of the restructuring process and the process of a bankruptcy filing.

Presenters from NJSBDC & NJ-TMA will discuss what goes into a restructuring process and protocols for filing Chap. 7 or Chap. 11. Experts from both organizations will be on hand afterwards to meet with business owners and answer questions.
