Ms. Brown will address the NJEDA’s role in advancing the federal CBDG-funded programs to support the recovery of storm-impacted businesses and communities. The Governor has empowered the NJEDA with the responsibility to administer $500 million of federal CBDG Disaster Recovery funds to support economic recovery and revitalization. Details on programs including grants, forgivable no- and low-cost loans for small businesses, funding to support neighborhood and community revitalization, and a tourism marketing campaign to promote businesses and shore assets will be presented.
