Raritan Valley Community College Lamington Road Branchburg, NJ 08876 Directions

Description

The Somerset County Business Partnership, the Somerset County Board of Chosen Freeholders, and the Somerset County Planning Board have scheduled a half-day conference, “Showcasing Somerset County’s Economic Competitiveness,” as the culmination of a four-year effort by the three organizations to create an environment for economic growth in Somerset County.

The half-day conference will use the recently released “Investment Somerset: A Collaborative Blueprint for Economic Growth” report as the basis for challenging the private sector to invest in their own future by implementing a strategic plan developed by and for Somerset County’s businesses. The report is the culmination of 18 months of “planning, idea sharing, collaboration, deliberation, task coordination, visioning, research, best practice analysis, and prioritization” among public and private sector leadership in Somerset County.
