Learn how to help your female athletes focus on the game rather than the drama and develop teams that reach and exceed their potential at the Stop The Drama! Game Plan Weekend for Coaches. This two-day hands on workshop is designed specifically for collegiate and high school level athletic coaches of women’s teams, athletic directors and administrators, AAU coaches and administrators, and aspiring coaches. The seminar will be conducted by Dr. Robyn Odegaard a nationally known motivational speaker, author, organizational psychologist and conflict resolution specialist. Dr. Odegaard will be educating the group on the role of productive conflict, how to create frameworks for conflict resolution, detailed strategies for developing leadership and teamwork, patterns that block female athletes from reaching their full potential and much more!

Lunch will be provided on both days. Overnight accommodations reserved at the Hyatt Hotel in New Brunswick, NJ.
