Program Leaders are equipped to lead workshops within your organization. These leaders play a critical role in developing and implementing programs that drive sustainability and align the organization for success.

Our "Train-the-Trainer" program has proven to be one of the most effective methods for embedding Kepner-Tregoe Clear Thinking capabilities into an organization. The Leader Development Institute (LDI) is an intensive skill development experience that provides in-depth concept knowledge, and instructor training. This experience prepares select employees to become KT Program Leaders, certified to conduct in-house KT workshops.

KT intentionally uses the term Program Leader rather than instructor or trainer because the responsibilities include activities outside of the typical workshop environment. Program Leaders also serve as rational thinking consultants and "change agents."
