BioNJ’s Annual Dinner Meeting, Awards Program and Networking Event is the “Can’t-Miss Meeting of the Year” for the life sciences industry in New Jersey.
The Annual Meeting is designed to provide unparalleled opportunities to network; renew old friendships, make new contacts and connect with the most important topics going on within the sector through industry-leading speakers and honorees.

The evening begins with a networking cocktail reception from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. followed by an extensive dinner program beginning at 7:00 p.m. and more networking. The evening concludes with a networking reception from 10:00 to 10:30 p.m.

Highlights of the 20th Annual Meeting will include the presentation of the Dr. Sol J. Barer Award for Vision, Innovation and Leadership to Dr. Francois Nader, President and CEO of NPS Pharmaceuticals, and a unique “Fireside Chat” entitled Biotech in New Jersey…the Next 20 Years that will bring together thought leaders in biotechnology, academia and finance to discuss the future of biotechnology in New Jersey and beyond.

Moderated by Wall Street Journal reporter Jonathan Rockoff, the panel will feature: Robert L. Barchi, M.D., Ph.D., President of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey; the Honorable James C. Greenwood, President and CEO of the Biotechnology Industry Organization; Robert J. Hugin, Chairman and CEO of Celgene Corporation; Mary C. Tanner, Managing Director at Peter J. Solomon Company; and Jesse I. Treu, Ph.D., a Partner at Domain Associates.
