The Industrial and Office Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) will host the annual State of the Market dinner and networking event on Monday, January 28th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the New York Athletic Club in New York City. The event will be co-hosted with the SIOR NJ/NY Downstate Region chapter.
Speakers for the evening, who will discuss the state of the nation’s commercial real estate market, include the international president of SIOR for 2012-2013, Mr. Terry Smith, SIOR, CCIM, and Mr. Peter McNally, managing director of BlackRock Real Estate Global Client Group.
