Our three distinguished panelists are Sally Stetson, one of the founding principals of the Salveson Stetson Group, a retained, multi-specialty executive search firm; Kevin Robins, the CEO of the MidAtlantic Employers Association which provides essential human resource services to over 500 member companies; and Tricia Wellenbach, the CEO of Sandcastle Strategy Group, which specializes in strategic planning, and an expert on Boards of non-profit organizations.
The focus will generally be on challenges facing for-profit candidates in moving to non-profit roles, and trends/ developments in the non-profit world. Additional insights into Board expectations, initiating change in strategy or operations, how senior teams are evaluated and what exactly are CEOs charged with as compared to the for-profit sector, will be shared.
