Due to Hurricane Sandy, The Industrial and Office Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) has rescheduled its networking event to Wednesday, November 14th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Renaissance Woodbridge Hotel in Iselin, New Jersey. Stuart J. Glick, Esq., a member of Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. and chair of its Secured Creditor Litigation Practice Group, will moderate a panel of expert speakers on the topic of the current and future trends of NJ’s distressed commercial real estate market. Jonathan Schultz, co-founder and managing principal of Onyx Equities, LLC, along with other panelists, will lead the discussion.
