Well known in the services industry for his highvolume sales tickets, record-breaking, tenacious,
self-disciplined, and self-motivated selling and
training style, Michael O'Grady is an accomplished
Sales Manager, Trainer, Business Coach and
Author. During his 25-year sales career, he has set
many industry records and has achieved many of
his personal and professional goals. He is
dedicated to inspiring others to do the same.
Throughout Mike's career, he has set and achieved
many of his goals. He's a big believer in setting
realistic and achievable goals. Mike is well known
in the services industry for breaking company wide
sales records and being top in the country for his
own sales numbers. He's helped companies
increase their gross average sales volume and
increase their profitability.

Mike wanted to help service contractors build better relationships with their customers and
improve their sales. In 2009, Mike developed free training resources, including video
courses, teleseminars, webinars and offered free goal setting workshops to help people take
action on their greatest goals.
In 2011, he achieved a big goal of his: to write a book. Titled, "Selling at the Kitchen Table: A
Contractor's Guide to Closing the Deal", his book has become a highly useful resource to
