Join Rutgers Institute for Ethical Leadership for its upcoming Fall Speaker Series “Ethical Leadership and Intercultural Competence in Global Business." Gain insight into your own intercultural competence for personal development and learn how to work across global and diverse boundaries to enhance your professional skills. Participants have the option to complete an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) assessment prior to the event. During the program, guest speaker, Doug Stuart, PhD, Director of Intercultural Training and Development at IOR Global Services, will explain the inventory and take participants through the meaning behind individual and group results.
