Kathleen Zimmer brings over 20 years of experience in local community banking to First Financial. Prior to joining the First Financial team, Zimmer managed Manasquan Savings Bank’s Wall Township Branch for 11 years, as well as the Spring Lake Heights Branch. In 2008, Zimmer was hired as the Howell Branch Manager at First Financial where she focused on managing the day to day activities and success of the branch. Zimmer is responsible for utilizing her strong leadership skills toward business development, attending community events, and maintaining relationships with First Financial’s members and business accounts as well as taking active leadership roles within the community. She is currently a Board of Director of both the Howell Chamber of Commerce and Howell Educational Foundation and the Past President of LeTip of Wall Township, and the Past President of the Greater Spring Lake Chamber of Commerce.
