Spencer Levy, the head of research for CBRE in the Americas, is fairly hopeful about the coming year for commercial real estate. At the annual commercial real estate outlook meeting of the New Jersey chapter of NAIOP held on January 22, Levy addressed the state of the U.S. economy as a whole as well as the role real estate and taxes may have in the coming years.
