JAMES A. KOCSI is the district
director of the U.S. Small
Business Administration’s (SBA)
New Jersey district office in
Newark. He started his career
with the SBA in 1976 and has
held several titles since being

in 2003. Kocsi received his bachelor’s degree in
business management from the University of
Scranton. He is a member of the Federal Executive
Board of Northern New Jersey. |

MITCHELL P. KOZA is distinguished
professor of management
and dean of the Rutgers
University School of Business-
Camden. Before his academic
career, Koza directed a New
York-based research company.
He received his master’s degree
from the Harvard Graduate
School of Education and his doctoral degree
from the University of Chicago. He is founding
co-chair of the Strategic Management Society
Interest Group on International Competition and
Global Strategy. |
